Jane Parkers Boarding Kennels & Cattery

15 Toms Ln, Kings Langley WD4 8NA, UK – 01923 262561

First time we had put Luna in kennels and were worried she may not have settled. There was no need to worry. On the day we left her she was greeted by someone who made her confidence instantly. When we picked her up yesterday she looked and smelled marvellous and had obviously been well cared for. Thank you for looking after her so well.

I have been taking Coco here nearly 2 years. He loves going and is always happy tired and smelling lovely when i pick him up. On a previous stay when my flight got delayed the kennel were happy to keep Coco another day and when i picked him up the following morning they didnt charge me. Just picked him up now and they even washed all his bedding for him. Staff are always helpful friendly and i feel relaxed knowing Coco is always well looked after. Value for money and i dont need to bring food as they provide. Worth the hour drive on the m25! Will be bringing my dog to Jane and the team for many years to come.

This is Lily's first visit to Pilgrim Cottage, I dropped her off today. Sharon is lovely, doesn't rush you, encourages you to settle your cat in and she has a genuine love for her charges, they come first. Lovely, clean, warm conditions for your kitty's, I have total trust already!

Companion Care Vets Hemel Hempstead

Inside Pets at Home, 251 London Road, Daventry Retail Park, Hemel Hempstead HP3 9AA, UK – 01442 500260

The Hemel Hempstead practice is fantastic, I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. They are always willing to give advice and reassurance to me being a panicky pet owner and are so patient with my cats who hate both the carrier and the vets they do everything they can to calm and reassure them. I've had many pets but I can honestly say it's the best vets surgery I've been too. Everyone is so friendly and approachable and I just know my cats are in safe hands. I highly recommend them!

The team are great my dog's just had a second op she now has a pin in both knee's of her back legs while having a check up John treated my other dog too she has a skin problem I have a cat to and she goes.there to you are all so friendly and helpful thank you all so very much for all your fantastic work merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all XXXX

Excellent, supportive and friendly service from staff. Can't fault them for price or professionalism. My silly cat actually likes visiting! :)

Very friendly all staff very caring. My dog likes to visit just to say hello and possibly get a treat. Feel he is safe in their hands.

Barton Lodge Veterinary Centre

1 Midland Rd, Hemel Hempstead HP2 5BH, UK – 01442 216048

Took a very poorly dog to the vets, immediately seen. Cannot fault the superb practice here. The vets are kind, helpful and well informed with current practice. The nurses are well informed, kind and caring. We have been coming to Barton Lodge since 2002 with rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and dogs and they have never let us down. Thank you. Could not recommend them enough.

We had been unhappy with our previous vet, so we brought Skye, our beloved Westie, to Barton Lodge for treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament. Roger was brilliant, he explained the operation and its aftercare thoroughly, he was clearly enthusiastic and wanted the best possible outcome for our dog. We were kept fully informed at all times and the subsequent aftercare by Sonja and the nurses has been superb. All the staff are lovely and it is obvious that everyone cares deeply for their patients. Proof of this, if any is needed, is that Skye loves going to Barton Lodge and can’t wait to get in through the door. We just wish we had moved to Barton Lodge ages ago.
